Christine Steel, the Founder of MyMindHealth.com has launched an excellent new resource which we would like to share.

Feel It, Write It, Delete It is a de-stress tool for people to use as a coping mechanism, providing a safe space to process emotions on a daily basis, reducing anxiety and stress. Christine, when sharing this resource with us made a really interesting point – We don’t know who we can help, personally and professionally until we try.
